Job Scope :

  • Process accurate payroll & benefit with data update & retrieve with internal system Just-Log In, Vimigo, & Xilnex for both retail frontend and backend team
  • Comply & manage accurate employee data internal system update & utilize data analysis to track key HR metrics & Prepare detailed reports to help in HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Keep track & manage employee performance progress & Communicate with employees, managers, and Director
  • Lead and Guide new joiner in assisting you day to day routine data management task
  • Assist in applying HR related grant

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience You Should Have :

  • Possess related study in Account & HR diploma or degree graduate are encouraged to apply
  • At least 2 year experience in doing payroll for retail frontend and backend team
  • Above average knowledge in microsoft excel must know function like V-look up & others advance level.
  • Sensitive with IT System operation knowledge & Basic knowledge in G-Suite function example excel, words, presentation slide, & etc.
