Role Purpose
The Multimedia Intern need to understand Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia is hired to support Vimigo’s content creation needs, especially for (Candidate must have practical work experience before, if join only want to learn and experience but dont know how to do don't apply this job):

1. Vimigo brand content
2. Shane Mun IP content
3. Video shooting and editing
4. Photo shooting and selection
5. Social media short-form content
6. Event, class, and behind-the-scenes content
7. This role is not just to “take photos and edit videos.”

The purpose is to help turn Vimigo’s daily activities, classes, events, founder moments, and customer stories into content that is professional, engaging, and aligned with the brand.

Vimigo has many valuable moments happening every week — classes, founder sharing, customer growth stories, team activities, and brand-building opportunities.

This role exists to make sure those moments are captured, organized, and turned into content assets that can strengthen the brand, increase visibility, and support marketing efforts.

For Shane Mun IP, this intern also helps capture the founder’s presence, ideas, speaking moments, and business journey in a way that feels real, strong, and shareable.

Main Responsibilities

The Multimedia Intern will support the team in the following areas:

1. Content Shooting

• Assist in shooting photos and videos for Vimigo brand content
• Capture Shane Mun IP content, including speeches, meetings, event highlights, and daily working moments
• Support event, class, workshop, and office content recording
• Capture behind-the-scenes content when needed

2. Video Editing

• Edit basic short-form videos for Facebook, Instagram, Reels, TikTok, and other platforms
• Turn raw footage into usable social media content
• Assist in trimming, arranging, subtitling, and packaging video content

3. Photo Support

• Take and shortlist usable photos
• Do basic photo editing, touch-up, and selection
• Organize photo folders for team use

4. Content Organization

• Sort and organize raw footage, photos, and project files
• Build a more systematic content asset library over time
• Ensure files are properly named and easy for the team to access

5. Team Support

• Work closely with the marketing or content team to follow weekly content needs
• Support simple design or visual tasks when needed
• Be available to assist during events, filming days, and important content moments

Students from other fields may still be considered if they have strong interest and basic skill in content creation, especially in:

For this internship, the course background is helpful, but portfolio, attitude, creativity, and learning ability matter more.

Must-Have Requirements
The intern should have basic ability in most of the following:

• Basic video editing skill
• Basic photo editing skill

• Willing to learn and improve quickly

Familiar tools at least some basic familiarity with tools such as: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro. Lightroom, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro and Latest AI tools

This role not suitable for:

• Very passive and always waiting for instructions
• Not interested in content creation
• Unable to take feedback
• Careless with files, deadlines, or responsibilities
• Frequently late in submission
• Not willing to learn new skills
• Only looking for a place to complete internship without contributing
