This role requires proficiency in accounting software and a solid understanding of bookkeeping principles. It <strong>also involves data entry work </strong>for updating the latest mortgage rates in the CRM and on landing pages.</p>

<p>● Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of entries.</p>
<p>● Maintain the general ledger by posting and verifying journal entries.</p>
<p>● Process accounts payable and receivable, including handling invoices and payments.</p>
<p>● Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.</p>
<p>● Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and trial balances.</p>
<p>● Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.</p>
<p>● Monitor and manage the payroll process.</p>
