Job Description

• Attract new clients for product labels, packaging solutions, and offset printing services.
• Identify and connect with potential clients, expanding the company's customer base.
• Build strong relationships with both new and existing clients to drive sales growth.
• Manage negotiations on contracts, pricing, and service agreements to finalize deals.
• Perform market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery to clients.
• Gather and present sales reports and strategies designed to achieve company goals.
• Provide mock-ups, samples, or product showcases as part of the client engagement process.
• Implement up-selling and cross-selling techniques to increase revenue from each customer.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
• Take part in industry events or trade shows to promote the company and generate leads.
• Ensure outstanding customer service throughout the sales process and beyond.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of applicable sales experience, ideally within the fields of advertising, printing, packaging, and graphic design.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, capable of working independently.
• Familiarity with advertising, printing, graphic design, and industry developments is a plus.
• Own transportation required and willingness to travel for client meetings.
• At least a Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
