Job Overview

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account & Admin Assistant to support our finance and administrative functions. This role involves handling full set accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), as well as performing general administrative duties. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining accuracy in daily operations.

Job Description :

Accounting Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL)
  • Perform data entry and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded
  • Assist in bank reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records
  • Liaise with internal departments for finance-related matters

Administrative Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
  • Maintain and organize company documents and records
  • Assist in coordination of internal processes and operations
  • Support other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 1 year of relevant working experience (fresh graduates with strong accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply)
  • Basic understanding of full set accounts (AP, AR, GL) and familiar with at least one accounting software
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Possess good organizational skills, able to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Friendly, cooperative, and a good team player
