Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a responsible and organized eCommerce Admin to support our affiliate and eCommerce operations team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy coordination work, handling reports, communicating with affiliates/KOLs, and supporting online campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit new affiliates and assist in managing affiliate relationships
  • Act as the main point of contact for affiliates by handling inquiries and providing support
  • Prepare and share marketing materials/resources with affiliates
  • Monitor affiliate activities and ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • Track affiliate performance and assist in preparing reports
  • Reconcile monthly affiliate sales reports
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support campaign goals
  • Process product sample requests accurately and on time
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Administration, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Basic knowledge of eCommerce or affiliate marketing is an advantage
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
  • Able to multitask and follow timelines
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
