Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to support the daily operations of our online stores.

This role is ideal for candidates who are interested in e-commerce, online marketplaces, digital campaigns, and data management. You will gain hands-on experience managing platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop while working closely with our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product listings across e-commerce platforms
• Update product information, pricing, promotions and store content
• Support the setup of campaigns, vouchers, discounts and promotional activities
• Monitor online store performance and campaign execution
• Update sales reports and tracking sheets using Excel or Google Sheets
• Assist in identifying and resolving platform or listing issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign implementation
• Ensure product information is accurate and up to date
• Support daily e-commerce operations and related projects

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in eCommerce, marketplace operations, or a related role
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic knowledge of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop or other online platforms is an advantage
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, organized and responsible
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
