Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and responsible interns to join our E-Commerce team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in online business, campaigns, and daily operations.
No experience required — training will be provided!
Job Description
- Assist in uploading product listings (titles, descriptions, images)
- Support SKU setup and product variations
- Ensure product information is accurate and updated
- Assist in setting up vouchers, discounts, and bundles
- Support campaign setup (platform sales, flash deals, etc.)
- Help update promotional banners and content
- Monitor platform notifications and alerts
- Assist in checking and fixing listing errors
- Update simple sales and campaign tracking sheets
- Organize data for reporting purposes
- Support the team in daily e-commerce tasks
- Assist with basic administrative duties
Job Requirements
Job Requirement
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or related field
- Able to commit at least 3 months internship
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
