We're looking for a Product Innovation & Development Executive who enjoys turning ideas into successful products. You'll work directly with the CEO, suppliers and internal teams to bring new products from concept to market.

What You'll Do

• Identify new product opportunities through market research and consumer insights.
• Research market trends, competitor products and emerging innovations.
• Coordinate end-to-end product development.
• Prepare product briefs, manage sampling, product revisions and pilot production.
• Source and evaluate manufacturers based on quality, cost and lead time.
• Develop product costing and evaluate commercial feasibility.
• Coordinate packaging development, artwork and product claims.
• Arrange product testing, benchmarking and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain product documentation including specifications, SDS and COA.
• Manage product launch timelines and coordinate with Marketing, Operations, Procurement, Sales and Finance to ensure successful launches.

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, Food Science, Product Development, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in FMCG Product Development, Product Innovation, R&D or related roles.
• Experience working with OEM or contract manufacturers is highly preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills.
• Good commercial awareness with costing and profitability analysis.
• Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple projects independently.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage for communicating with suppliers and manufacturers.
