Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who is passionate about branding, packaging, digital marketing and AI-powered creative workflows. If you enjoy turning ideas into impactful designs and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Design creative assets for: Social Media, Shopee, TikTok Shop & Lazada, Website & Digital Marketing, Product Packaging, Retail POSM, Brochures, Flyers & Event Materials
- Develop creative concepts, mood boards and campaign visuals.
- Ensure brand consistency across multiple brands and marketing channels.
- Support new product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Manage creative projects from concept to final artwork independently.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with external printing vendors.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product Development, Media, E-Commerce and Sales teams.
- Leverage AI tools such as ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly and Midjourney to improve creative productivity and workflow efficiency.
Job Requirements
What We're Looking For
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
- 4–6 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, digital marketing and print design.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour theory and print production.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools is an advantage.
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work in Johor Bahru.
Nice To Have
- Illustration skills (digital or hand-drawn).
- Motion graphics or basic animation experience.
