Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Coordinator to manage daily social media activities, from content planning to posting and engagement. You will prepare content ideas, scripts, and posting plans, while working closely with the team to create trend-driven content across platforms like TikTok, Instagram and Xiaohongshu.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy social media, are creative, and are looking to gain hands-on experience in content creation and digital marketing.

Job Description :

• Manage and post content on social media (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu, etc.)
• Prepare content ideas, scripts, and posting plans
• Handle daily social media engagement (reply to comments, messages, and engage with followers
• Track basic performance (views, engagement, etc.)
• Coordinate with videographers/designers for content creation
• Ensure content matches brand direction and campaign objectives
• Support marketing tasks when needed

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Experience in social media management or content creation
• Experience working with content creators or influencers
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut or similar tools)
• Familiar with social media analytics tools
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Melayu & Mandarin
