The team:
A team of Disruptive Structure made up of devoted marketers, makers, prototypers, developers and innovators! The team offers accessible, interactive and collaborative approaches to sustainability through arts installations and creative building for festive events, B2B projects and external partners. Our production centre is located at Biji-biji Factory in Klang.
We are looking for a talented, passionate, visionary Marketing & Communications individual, who believes in what our team does, see the value in it, and want to share these ideas with the world. We are looking for someone that purely serves the consumerism culture to the public. Join us and make a difference!
You will manage communications by delivering the media strategy, content production, dynamic media engagement, sharing our story. We operate mainly from our HQ in Pandamaran, Klang. However, we have a second office in Me.reka Makerspace, Publika, KL.
- Manage to tell our team’s story, through content creation, collateral development and PR
- Design and implement company-wide communication strategy
- Coordinate marketing campaigns and their execution, working closely with respective Project Managers
- Coordinate and oversee the development of our team's visual identity
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve internal communications

Job Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Journalism, marketing, Public Relations, Mass Communications, Communications, Business Communications, Design, Media, or other related field, is preferred.
- Social media management: must have experience managing social media accounts & implementing campaigns.
- Good creative writing is essential.
- Experience with website content management
- Confident using Office and/or Gsuite
- Must be confident in verbal and written English
- Familiarity with editing software is essential; Adobe Suite is prefered (Ai, Indesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Lightroom
- Skills and/or knowledge in copywriting, photography, videography, social media management, graphic design, digital marketing are preferred.
- To be familiar about our Disruptive Structure team vision and mission.
