You know how to pitch, lead conversations, and make brands look good — on deck and in real life. If you live for strategy, structure, and client wins, this one’s for you.

We’re looking for an Account Manager who’s got both brains and bite. Someone who understands branding, marketing, and how to run a room. You’ll assist the Account Director in leading a team of AEs while owning key accounts, proposals, and client relationships.

  • Be the strategic lead on client accounts — from brand revamps to digital campaigns
  • Write proposals that sell, present them with confidence, and follow through with clarity
  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Executives — guide, support, and help them grow
  • Lead client meetings and check-ins — turning business goals into creative briefs
  • Work with Creative, Tech, and Social teams to make sure work is sharp and on-point
  • Keep an eye on timelines, budgets, and scope (and flag things before they become problems)
  • Drive growth, renewals, and client growth opportunities
  • Think like a marketer — understand the bigger picture, not just the task at hand
     

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years in Account Servicing role in an advertising agency or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and strategies to clients and internal teams
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while ensuring timeline efficiency
  • Willing to learn & explore beyond the usual account management role
  • Good problem-solving skills 
  • Highly motivated and a Go-getter
  • Detail-oriented and thorough 
  • Able to work under pressure 
  • You will need to have a strong drive to success
  • Able to work in a hybrid work environment while leading junior team members
