Job Description

We're looking for a Brand & Digital Designer to join our creative team, someone who can move fluidly across branding, advertising, social media, and website design without losing sight of the bigger brand story. This isn't a single-lane design role. You'll shape how our clients' brands look and feel everywhere they show up: from a logo and brand guideline, to a paid ad campaign, to a scroll-stopping Instagram post, to the website that ties it all together.

You'll work closely with our strategy, social media, and web development teams to bring campaigns to life from concept to final delivery and you'll have real ownership over the creative work you produce, not just execution of someone else's vision.

Job Requirements

Branding & Identity

• Develop and maintain brand identities, including logos, brand guidelines, colour systems, and typography for client brands.
• Ensure visual consistency of brand assets across all touchpoints and channels.

Advertising & Campaigns

• Design print and digital advertising assets, from concept sketches to final production-ready files.
• Collaborate with the strategy team to translate campaign briefs into compelling visual concepts.

Social Media Design

• Create scroll-stopping content for social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn) in line with each client's brand voice.
• Design templates and content systems that keep social output consistent, fast, and on-brand.

Website & Digital Design

• Design website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements in collaboration with our web development team.
• Apply basic UX principles to ensure designs are both visually strong and functionally sound.
