Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the digital strategy team, ensuring alignment and collaboration between digital strategists and content creators.
• Manage client accounts, serving as the main point of contact to understand their needs and ensure the delivery of exceptional digital solutions.
• Participate in pitches, helping to develop and present digital strategies that align with client goals.
• Design and execute digital strategies for existing clients and new business opportunities, focusing on driving engagement, growth, and performance.
• Collaborate closely with Client Servicing and Creative teams to ensure the strategic vision aligns with client briefs and is brought to life through innovative campaigns.
• Monitor trends and data insights to continuously improve strategies and stay ahead in the evolving digital landscape.
• Oversee the creation of impactful content strategies that resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a Digital Strategist or similar role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and trends.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using analytics tools and platforms.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing digital strategies.
• Familiarity with various digital marketing tools and platforms.
