At BIKEZON88, we are passionate about keeping riders safe, comfortable, and stylish on the road. We specialise in premium helmets, technical riding apparel, protective gear, and motorcycle/riding accessories.

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Crew member with a genuine passion for sales and customer engagement to join our team!

What you will be doing:

• Sales & Customer Engagement: Proactively welcome store visitors, understand their needs, and share your passion for riding products to close sales and hit targets.
• Gear & Safety Advice: Guide customers on choosing the right helmets, apparel, protective armor, and accessories based on their riding style.
• Product Expertise: Perform accurate helmet sizing and explain product specifications, safety standards, materials, and features clearly.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Recommend complementary products such as visors, cleaning kits, base layers, and gear maintenance accessories.
• Store Presentation & Stock Handling: Keep helmet shelves and apparel racks clean, organized, and stocked. Assist with receiving inventory and daily POS cashiering operations.

Job Requirements

• Passion for Sales: Strong drive to engage customers, build rapport, and achieve sales results in a retail environment.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or outdoor/sports gear sales.[is an advantage]
• Product Interest: Passion for motorcycling or technical outdoor gear and safety accessories is a major plus.
• Communication: Friendly, outgoing personality with strong listening and interpersonal skills.
• Work Availability: Willing to work retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
