Job Description

1. Perform physical counts of stock at various company locations to ensure system accuracy.
2. Work closely with a dedicated audit team to complete large-scale stock takes efficiently.
3. Identify and report any stock variances, damaged goods, or misplaced items to the management team.
4. Visit different branch locations or warehouses as scheduled (travel is a core part of this role).
5. Maintain clear and organized records of all counts using handheld scanners or manual logs.

Job Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License: A clean driving record and a valid license are mandatory for traveling between sites.
• Willingness to Travel: Must be comfortable with frequent local or regional travel (often daily or weekly).
• Team Player: Strong ability to work well within a group to meet tight deadlines.
• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, bend, and lift items (up to 15-20kg) throughout the day.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when counting and recording data.
