 Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
• Support onboarding activities for new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Assist with attendance tracking and HR administrative tasks.
• Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and documents.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events.
• Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Support day-to-day HR operations and other ad hoc assignments as assigned by the HR team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage.
• Experience with Canva or social media recruitment is an added advantage.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
