Job Description:

• Monitor and ensure the daily operation of CCTV systems.
• Compile and submit weekly CCTV checklist reports basis.
• Review daily CCTV recordings against exceptional reports, including void transactions, return transactions, and canceled receipt transactions.
• Monitor daily suspicious membership transactions.
• Prepare evidence attachments for cases, including CCTV footage and summary reports of total loss value.
• Inform vendor/technician of every CCTV issue until it is solved.
• Conduct the investigation related to internal and external cases
• Managed investigation of cases involving police reports.
• Managed to cooperate with third parties such as PDRM and government agencies.
• Support the implementation of security awareness programs among staff.
• Maintain accurate records of security-related activities and incidents.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and managers

Job Requirements

• Possess at least SPM/Diploma/Degree in any related field
•  At least 1 year or above working experience in an administrative role, preferably in a retail setting.
•  Experienced in coordinating internal and external investigations.
•  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
•  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
•  Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
