Job Description

  1. Assist Marketing Department in creating fun and engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube (posts, stories, captions, short videos)
  2. Be on camera for promotional videos/content when needed.
  3. Design eye-catching graphics for social media, website banners, ads, and other marketing materials using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
  4. Support the creation of marketing collateral including POSM and website content.
  5. Support in organizing marketing campaigns, events, and promotions.
  6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help identify growth opportunities.
  7. Assist with planning, filming, and editing videos for social media and campaigns, including tasks like trimming, adding effects, and captions.
  8. Monitor how content performs on social media and suggest ways to improve based on engagement and feedback.
  9. Stay updated on social media and design trends to keep content fresh and relevant.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including category, and operations to ensure content aligns with company goals.
  11. Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming session to improve content.
  12. Visit the market regularly to ensure new product launches/promotions are well implemented and share pictures with the team.
  13. Assist on Ad-hoc tasks as requested and complete within the given timeline.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum qualification of Diploma with administrative or marketing experience, preferably in a similar role
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Friendly and easy-going
  • Proactive, detail-oriented and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
