Job Responsible:

•  Provide high quality customer service to customers both in-store and over the
• phone
•  Ensure the store is stocked up and merchandised well
•  Checking and ensuring stocks are not expired and fresh daily
•  Ensure the store is clean, neat and safe
•  Verify that all supplier and warehouse stocks are delivered and received according to quantity ordered
•  Prevention of pilferage
•  Use our digital cashiering system and ensure payments are done properly andwithout errors
•  Pick and prepare online orders
•  Always update real-time stock quantity on E-commerce platforms
•  Always maintain good working relationship with everyone
•  Perform any ad-hoc tasks as determined by your line manager(s)

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

•  Minimum PMR level education.
•  Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
•  Good spoken and written mastery for English and Bahasa.
•  Growth driven and a great team player.
•  Adaptable, fast paced and wiling to learn/re-learn skills.
•  Friendly, customer oriented and willing to go the extra mile for our 'kawans'.
•  Willing to do physical work where necessary and stand for extended periods of time.
•  Diligent in doing quality assurance checks and ensuring the tidiness of the store
