 Product Preparation

·       Prepare beverages, ice cream, and waffles according to the prescribed standards.

·       Ensure proper portioning.

Customer Service

·       Greet and serve customers politely and efficiently.

·       Take orders accurately and handle cash/QR payments.

·       Assist customers with menu enquiries.

Outlet Maintenance

·       Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas.

·       Follow food safety and hygiene protocols.

Teamwork

·       Support team members during peak hours.

·       Assist with stock receiving, storage, and replenishment.

Others

·       Any other tasks assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements

 ·      No prior experience required; training provided.

·       Friendly, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

·       Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
