Job Description

In this role you will be responsible in supporting the sales and service team, as well as managing the office and perform general clerical duties. Some of the tasks include:

  • Issuing and processing job advice for the service team
  • Managing data entry and updating our database management system
  • Invoicing customers
  • Prepare payment vouchers for payments to vendors 
  • Assist sales team to produce quotation & compiling report
  • Manage phone calls and correspondences (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
  • Maintain proper filing and documentation of important business matter
  • Undertake other ad hoc / supporting duties assigned by management

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Minimum a Diploma in related discipline of studies 
  • Any administrative experience of 2 years minimum
  • Ability to maintain confidential information in mature manner
  • Willing to learn, autonomous and thrive on challenges
  • Versatility to build rapport with people at all levels
  • Multi-lingual in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, able to converse in decent clear communication. Ability to converse in other local dialects will be an added advantage
  • A Malaysian or holds a relevant resident status.
