Job Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute software testing, web / mobile applications and API gateway testing through the development cycle to ensure the highest quality of product.
• Define and design functional & non-functional test cases and test procedures for software deliverables inclusive of UI based and non-UI based (API calls etc) deliverables with guaranteed test coverage.
• Conduct professional testing in test script-based functional, regression, performance, usability, and user perspective exploratory areas.
• Implement automation in QA
• Setup test environment, test/mock data preparations and testing tools.
• Identify and follow up defects, track issues in bugs tracking system, and report findings in a summarized way in weekly meeting.
• Evaluate and ensure the quality of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) aspects of software, web / mobile applications and API integration.
• Suggest improvement on product quality, users experience, and user satisfaction through the development cycle.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or any IT related fields.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in Software Testing, including both manual and automated testing.
• Experienced in implementing test processes (functional and non-functional) on projects, write test plans/cases, procedures and scripts, and analyses test results.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and the overall Software Development Life Cycle.
• Strong ability in documentation of software issues, requirements, test plans, and test suites.
• Strong sense of responsibility and urgency; resourceful, strong problem-solving skills and able to work under pressure.
• Knowledge in Playwright will be added advantage.
• Required Skill(s): C#.Net
• Required language(s): Mandarin and English
