As the DIP Line Supervisor you will build and scale our through-hole assembly line, turning setup and daily runs into consistent, measurable output. You will create clear process steps and practical checks so the team can hit quality and delivery goals more reliably.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities

Production Leadership

• Plan and run daily DIP line schedules to meet output targets and delivery timelines.
• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with maintenance to minimise downtime.

Quality & Process

• Implement in-line quality checks and stop production to address defect trends quickly.
• Record yields and process changes, and report simple metrics to drive continuous improvement.

Team & Technical Support

• Coach operators on setup, soldering best practices, and safe handling of components.
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting and train new hires on standard work and basic repairs.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 2 years experience in electronics manufacturing or PCB assembly, preferably with DIP or through-hole operations.
• Diploma or certificate in Electronics, Mechatronics, or related technical field is preferred.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Practical soldering and electronics assembly skills with good attention to solder quality and component placement.
• Hands-on technical support ability for line troubleshooting and familiarity with production documentation.
• Working proficiency in Mandarin Chinese for shop floor communication.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Team Leadership and the ability to coach operators while keeping morale and standards high.
• Clear communicator with a practical problem-solving mindset and a focus on safety and process discipline.
