Job Description

• Assess and support the creation of DIP fixtures and tooling.
• Oversee production line activities, including equipment management and addressing operational issues.
• Configure and troubleshoot DIP machinery, including wave soldering machines, selective soldering machines, AOI, and PCB depaneling equipment.
• Develop equipment and AOI programs in advance as per the production timeline and work orders.
• Execute temperature evaluations for the wave soldering furnace.
• Organize and oversee both internal and external documentation for the DIP department.
• Conduct daily equipment maintenance tasks.
• Carry out monthly scheduled maintenance of equipment.
• Notify relevant parties of any machinery operational issues.
• Ensure safety protocols are adhered to during production processes.
• Perform first article inspections, X-ray evaluations, and final inspection of boards.
• Complete additional tasks as directed by management.

Job Requirements

• Possession of a Diploma or Certificate in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in PCBA or electronics manufacturing.
• Proficient in operating and troubleshooting DIP equipment, including Wave Soldering, Selective Soldering, AOI, and PCB Depaneling Machines.
• Knowledgeable about production line operations and capable of performing basic equipment maintenance.
• Demonstrates responsibility, initiative, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in Mandarin is required, as the position involves communication with Mandarin-speaking colleagues or management.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage documentation related to production.
