Job Description
- Proactively acquire new clients while demonstrating excellent communication, teamwork skills, and the ability to take initiative on tasks.
- Engage in marketing and business development activities through various legal avenues, explore new markets, identify potential clients, nurture existing relationships, and oversee customer interactions.
- Attract new clients, sustain relationships with current clients, and meet monthly sales goals.
- Consistently achieve designated sales targets while delivering proactive, enthusiastic, and attentive customer service.
- Manage client sales contracts, ensure timely execution, and follow up on any pending payments.
- Foster strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional after-sales support.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the electronics sector, ideally with a background in electronic components, PCB, or PCBA sales.
- Excellent verbal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in three languages: Malay, English, and Chinese, with strong communication skills.
