Job Description
- Manage solder paste (FIFO control, thawing, and related tasks).
- Handle production line operations (machine operation, material loading and changeover, troubleshooting, line clearance, stencil cleaning, etc.).
- Set up and debug SMT equipment (pick-and-place machines, printers, reflow ovens, AOI, etc.).
- Prepare SMT placement programs and AOI programs in advance according to production schedules.
- Conduct reflow oven temperature profiling and testing.
- Manage internal and external SMT documentation.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance.
- Perform monthly equipment maintenance.
- Report equipment abnormalities promptly.
- Supervise safe production practices.
- Conduct first article inspection, X-ray inspection, and end-of-line board direction checks.
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Gender: No restriction
- Age: 22–35
- Education: High school, vocational school, or above
- Major: Electronics or Mechanical-related field
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as an electronics technician
