Receiving Operations

1. Verify UPS incoming shipments (check tracking number and weight) and forward receiving information to the customs declarant. 
2. Scan incoming packages into the system and print internal barcode labels.      
3. Report any discrepancies (shortage, wrong items, etc.) to the purchasing team promptly. 
4. Receive stencils, PCBs, and fixtures, and submit them for inspection. 
5. Manage material put-away and storage. 

Material Counting & Verification

1. Verify order number, item count, part number (PN), and quantity in the ERP system, and perform physical counting. 
2. Handle discrepancies during counting (e.g., incorrect PN or shortages) and issue email notifications. 
3. Generate complete/shortage reports from the ERP system. 
4. Submit ERP data for IQC inspection. 

Warehouse Management, Material Preparation, Cutting, and Baking

1. Define warehouse zoning and placement rules with clear identification. 
2. Establish material storage rules and ensure materials are stored accordingly. 
3. Develop and implement warehouse in/out management procedures. 
4. Enforce warehouse access control (no unauthorized personnel; lock when unattended). 
5. Handle material baking and manage material storage and issuance. 
6. Conduct periodic inventory checks to ensure system and physical stock accuracy. 
7. Organize, document, and issue baked and cleared materials. 
8. Collect returned material kits from inspection work orders. 
9. Perform material cutting when excess materials are issued. 
10. Perform material cutting for batch production orders based on PMC schedules and issuance requirements. 

Job Requirements

• Education: Diploma or above 
• Major: Familiar with ERP system operation 
• Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience
