<p>Your expected job scopes:</p>

<li>Reporting and supporting the CEO in his daily work in wide variety of area – including preparation for meetings, development of presentation materials and speeches, assisting in managing, planning and execution of key strategic events that thence participates in</li>
<li>Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings</li>
<li>Act as a point of contact between CEO and department heads when necessary</li>
<li>Monitor and follow up on outstanding matters relating to the Bank to ensure that deadlines are met on an on-going basis, and any other duties &amp; responsibilities assigned by CEO</li>
