Job Description

Seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern to support the marketing team in producing engaging short-form video content and managing TikTok Affiliate activities. The role involves video editing, content planning and production, scheduling uploads, monitoring content performance, and assisting with promotional campaigns and other marketing tasks.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social media platforms.
• Create engaging and high-quality video content that aligns with marketing campaigns and brand guidelines.
• Assist in planning, filming, and producing content for TikTok Affiliate promotions.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and promotional campaigns.
• Upload and schedule content on social media platforms when required.
• Monitor TikTok content performance and provide basic insights and recommendations.
• Research trending topics, sounds, hashtags, and content ideas to improve engagement.
• Assist in managing TikTok Affiliate product listings and promotional content.
• Support other marketing and content creation tasks as assigned.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current social media trends.
• Experience in content creation or maintaining a personal social media account is an added advantage.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of TikTok Affiliate or e-commerce content creation is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
• Creative, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to work independently and meet deadlines.
