Seeking a proactive Marketing Intern – Key Account to support the Key Account team in managing client relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing client materials (quotations, proposals, presentations), monitoring project timelines and liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role offers hands-on experience in client management, marketing project support and cross-department collaboration.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing and maintaining good relationships with key clients.
• Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, feedback, and marketing needs.
• Coordinate with clients on marketing campaigns, projects, events, and promotional activities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, presentations, and other client-related documents.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client requests and project requirements are properly communicated and executed.
• Assist in monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and campaign progress to ensure smooth execution.
• Follow up with clients on project updates, approvals, feedback, and outstanding matters.
• Assist in preparing reports and updates on client accounts and ongoing projects.
• Support the Key Account team in identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support business growth.
• Perform other ad hoc marketing and client-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate with clients and internal teams.
• Able to understand client requirements and communicate information clearly.
• Good organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow up on deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and responsible when preparing documents, reports, quotations, and presentations.
• Proactive, willing to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in marketing, customer service, sales, or client-facing activities is an added advantage, but not required.
