Responsibilities:

•  Conducting research and analysis on the latest L&D trend that contribute to enhance our service quality.
•  Involve directly in assigned L&D project implementation to gain corporate exposure on employees’ behaviour.
•  Support in end-to-end processes of development programs organised for talent upskilling.
•  Generate insightful and impactful education materials for corporate usage.
•  To learn and be better in your professional development with us. You will be supported by senior in the above and we aim to grow you too.

Job Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business, or any related field. Best is you are entrepreneur minded.
•  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Your additional skills in video editing and brochure designing will be an absolute advantage to this interesting role.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
•  Fluency in both English and Mandarin languages.
•  Passion for learning and professional development and eager to make an impact.
