Mandarin Customer Service Representative (Remote, Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

• Professionally respond to live chat inquiries and address customer questions in a timely and courteous manner.
   
• Develop a strong understanding of company products, services, and operations to effectively resolve customer issues and deliver excellent service.
   
• Handle complaints empathetically and efficiently, providing appropriate solutions within set timeframes and following up to ensure complete resolution.
   
• Assist with ad hoc customer service tasks and administrative duties as required.
   
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering consistent, professional support.
   

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service, ideally in a remote or virtual setting.
   
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment; self-motivated, customer-focused, results-driven, and disciplined.
   
• Strong multitasking, time management, and organizational skills.
   
• Creative thinker with effective problem-solving abilities.
   
• Reliable internet connection as this is a work-from-home role.
   
• Flexibility to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including midnight shift, weekends and public holidays. You would be working 9 hours per day (including 1 hour break), with 2 days off per week.
   
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin (written and spoken) is required.
