Job Description

• Plan, execute and deliver customer’s orders as per customer’s requirements.
• Ensure inventory management is accurate.
• Manage customer’s enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies.
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.
• Analyze operations process workflow for efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Any degree/course of study is acceptable for this internship.
• For candidates with appropriate knowledge as part of their course, company is willing to let the candidate to try to set up AI robot to support the operations team should the job load allows such exposure for the intern.
• Final year students in final semester are preferred, and may be offered permanent position upon internship completion.
• Preferred degree: Business Administration, hospitality, accounts.
