Job Description

• Plan, execute and deliver customer’s orders as per customer’s requirements.
• Ensure inventory management is accurate.
• Execute operations processes by determining product packing, handling and storage requirements to ensure continuous product supply.
• Manage customer’s enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies.
• Ensure timely payment by customers as per company policies.
• Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.
• Analyze operations process workflow for efficiency and effectiveness and continuous improvement

Job Requirements

• Experience in executing customer’s orders, inventory management and shipment
  delivery
• Experience in multiple departments’ various concepts and ways of working, practices and procedures.
• Minimum diploma in any field
