Branding & Design Standardization

• Advocate and uphold company branding guidelines across all product packaging, promotional materials, and retail assets.
• Ensure consistency in brand identity, packaging structure, messaging, and visual presentation across all online and offline channels.
• Assess and verify creative executions at every design stage to ensure compliance with branding standards.
• Support continuous refinement and standardization of packaging systems across multiple product categories.

Packaging Development & Factory Coordination

• Design and develop product packaging solutions that balance visual appeal, functional practicality, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Communicate directly with printing vendors, packaging suppliers, and factories to verify technical specifications, materials, print methods, structural requirements, and production limitations.
• Understand various printing techniques, material types, finishing methods, and factory capabilities to ensure production-ready designs.
• Clarify dielines, dimensions, artwork setup, color consistency, and material requirements before mass production.
• Monitor printing production timelines and ensure projects meet agreed deadlines and quality expectations.

Product Messaging & Market Positioning

• Develop compelling unique selling points (USPs) and product messaging that differentiate products in competitive markets.
• Create packaging content, promotional visuals, and sales support materials that effectively communicate product value.
• Stay updated on market trends, packaging innovations, and promotional strategies to improve product competitiveness.
• Support product launches from development to aftermarket sales with clear, impactful visual communication.

Job Requirements

Education & Qualification:

• Fresh graduate of Bachelor Degree in any discipline or,
• 1 years in Branding, Marketing, Product Development/Product Marketing, Digital Marketing.
