Job Description

Product Testing & Validation

• Plan, execute, and document functional, performance, and durability tests for car radios, speakers, microphones, and other in-car electronic accessories.
• Perform environmental testing (temperature, vibration, humidity, UV exposure, etc.) to simulate real-world automotive conditions.
• Conduct compatibility testing with various vehicle models and mobile devices (e.g., Bluetooth, CarPlay, Android Auto).

Data Collection & Analysis

• Measure audio performance (frequency response, distortion, sound quality, etc.) and electronic performance (signal stability, connectivity, power consumption).
• Analyze test data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
• Identify root causes of failures and work with engineering teams to develop corrective actions.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure products meet internal quality standards, customer requirements, and relevant automotive regulations.
• Support audits and certification processes where required.

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams to refine product design and performance.
• Support customer complaint analysis and field testing when product issues arise.
• Provide feedback during product development and pre-production phases.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Acoustics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2 years of experience in product testing, preferably in automotive electronics or consumer audio products.
• Familiarity with test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, audio analyzers, power meters, thermal chambers, vibration tables).
• Knowledge of automotive standards and testing protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify root causes of technical issues.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Team player with excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
