Blessing Associates Advisory SB is looking for a driven Financial Services Advisor to join our team in Petaling Jaya. In this hybrid role, you will help clients make smart, confident financial decisions by identifying their needs, analyzing their financial goals, and recommending tailored solutions. No prior advisory experience? No problem—we provide free comprehensive training to kickstart your journey.

What You’ll Do

• Client Consultation: Connect with clients to understand their financial background, priorities, and long-term goals.
• Financial Analysis: Assess income, expenses, and current coverage to spot financial gaps and opportunities.
• Tailored Solutions: Develop and present custom financial, investment, takaful, and protection strategies.
• Ongoing Guidance: Assist clients in making informed money decisions and adjust plans as their life needs evolve.
• EPF & Retirement Planning: Help clients structure savings and private retirement schemes for long-term security.
• Business Development: Build long-term trust, expand your client network, and generate leads through modern outreach.
• Debt & Cash Flow Management: Guide clients on optimizing cash flow, managing commitments, and unlocking extra savings.
• Policy Reviews & Servicing: Conduct regular reviews to ensure client coverage and investments stay aligned with market shifts.

Job Requirements

• Academic Qualification: Minimum SPM completion or above (Diploma / Degree holders welcomed).
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to connect easily with people.
• Analytical Ability: Capable of assessing financial information and breaking down complex ideas into simple advice.
• Language Proficiency: Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin or local dialects are a bonus).
• Location: Ability to work in a full-time hybrid setup based in Petaling Jaya.
• Growth Mindset: High integrity, self-motivated, and eager to learn through our free training programs.
• Salary: RM3500-RM12000 if reach KPI
