Job Description

• Capture high-quality photos and videos of our products, plant installations, workspace, and behind-the-scenes activities.
• Create engaging short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Edit photos and videos into polished content that aligns with Bloomspace's brand identity.
• Assist in planning and setting up content shoots, including product styling and scene preparation.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative content ideas and campaigns.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and propose fresh content concepts.
• Organise and maintain photo and video assets for future use.
• Support content creation during events, installations, and special projects.
• Ensure content is delivered on time and meets quality standards.
• Perform other creative and marketing-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Creative Media, Film, Photography, Marketing, or a related field.
• Passionate about photography, videography, content creation, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in photo and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and current social media trends.
• Possess a creative eye for composition, lighting, colour, and aesthetics.
• Responsible, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Owns or is familiar with using DSLR cameras, smartphones, and basic content creation equipment.
• A portfolio or samples of previous photography, videography, or social media content is an added advantage.
