<p>We’re looking for a sharp, resourceful, and forward-thinking <strong>Procurement Executive</strong> to drive cost-efficient, high-quality purchasing decisions that keep our operations running at peak performance. If you have a keen analytical mind, strong negotiation instincts, and the ability to build trusted supplier relationships, this role is your opportunity to make a big impact.</p>
<p>In this role, you’ll collaborate across multiple teams, explore new sourcing opportunities, and ensure every purchase aligns with company standards. You’ll be at the center of cost-saving initiatives, supplier performance, inventory stability, and business continuity. Discretion, tact, and professionalism are key as you handle sensitive and confidential information.</p>

<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Procurement</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop viable, cost-efficient, and strategic sourcing plans.</li>
<li>Ensure full commercial, legal, and contractual compliance across procurement activities.</li>
<li>Enforce company procurement SOPs, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Prepare and execute purchasing plans for materials, F&amp;B, equipment, services, and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.</li>
<li>Review, issue, and monitor POs, ensuring on-time delivery and resolving issues related to shortages, over-orders, damaged goods, or unfulfilled items.</li>
<li>Liaise with overseas suppliers and forwarding agents for shipment clearance.</li>
<li>Track delivery dates and verify DOs and invoices match issued POs.</li>
<li>Work closely with Finance on payments, credit notes, and invoice discrepancies.</li>
<li>Collaborate extensively with Product, Operations, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance teams to support smooth operations.</li>
<li>Request quotations, negotiate pricing, and coordinate material samples, artwork, and supplier communications.</li>
<li>Source new suppliers and negotiate with existing ones to maintain competitive and relevant product offerings.</li>
<li>Drive cost-saving initiatives through continuous procurement and sourcing improvements.</li>
<li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and partnerships.</li>
<li>Prepare purchasing reports and maintain accurate price lists and records.</li>
<li>Monitor contract fulfillment, ensuring supplier expectations and timely invoice approvals.</li>
<li>Track all goods and services ordered and maintain accurate inventory-related documentation.</li>
<li>Process approved non-inventory purchase requisitions and ensure purchases align with project or campaign needs.</li>
<li>Verify documentation accuracy and project/campaign purchase alignment.</li>
<li>Support product costing and pricing for new and existing products.</li>
<li>Maintain internal product specifications across materials and F&amp;B categories.</li>
<li>Perform ad hoc duties as required.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Inventory</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Follow up and expedite urgent material deliveries.</li>
<li>Monitor and alert Product teams on potential low stock, OOS risks, and high-priority items.</li>
<li>Manage short shelf-life inventory, expired items, obsolete stock, and high inventory levels.</li>
<li>Handle material quality issues by coordinating with suppliers and relevant internal teams on returns, claims, credit notes, and write-offs.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>IT</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Update supplier and material information (pricing, payment terms, lead times, catalogues) in Bizsupport systems.</li>
</ul>
