Job Description

• Oversees all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.) management
• Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages
• Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
• Coordinates social media messaging with advertising department, product manager, and quarterly or seasonal company goals
• Manage postings of content and respond to social followers
• Measure and track the performance of social media content
• Identify, establish and build relationships with key influencers and communities
• Monitors and develops reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
• Stay updated with the latest social trends and tools

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or relevant field
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English and Malay 
• Well versed and enjoy working on social media platforms 
• Hands-on experience with social media management tools
• Ability to identify and track relevant metrics 
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Possess knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
• Experience launching community initiatives (e.g. building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series and writing an email newsletter) is a plus point
