 Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our dynamic finance team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in financial operations. As a Finance Intern, you will assist in various financial and administrative tasks, helping to support our finance department and enhance your understanding of financial processes in a professional environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

● Create and send invoices to customers

● Generate and distribute monthly customer statements

● Send payment reminders using accounting software

● Collaborate with team members to improve and streamline financial processes

● Assist in organizing and maintaining financial records

● Support the processing of invoices and purchase requests (PR)

● Maintain credit card files and related documentation

● Perform ad-hoc tasks and other duties as needed

Job Requirements

 Qualifications:

● Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business

Administration, or a related field

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software

● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

● Strong verbal and written communication abilities

● Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

● Previous internship experience or coursework in finance or related fields is an advantage but not required
