Summary
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead our email, WhatsApp, and retention marketing efforts at BloomThis. You'll plan and execute campaigns, manage automated flows, and optimise performance through A/B testing and data analysis. The ideal candidate has 1 year of experience in email/retention marketing, strong analytical skills, and a creative mindset. This role is key to driving customer engagement, retention, and long-term value in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute BloomThis’ email, WhatsApp, and loyalty marketing programs, including list creation/segmentation, layout design, link tagging, scheduling, and test setup
• Continuously improve retention KPIs: deliverability, open rates, click-through rates, conversions, opt-outs, revenue, lifetime value, and other business-specific goals
• Research and implement new strategies for email and retention marketing
• Develop and manage monthly email and WhatsApp marketing calendars
• Plan, build, and launch acquisition/lead-generation campaigns via email and WhatsApp
• Set up automated flows and lifecycle campaigns
• Create and execute weekly campaign blasts 
• Conduct A/B testing to refine strategy and improve results 
• Generate and analyse weekly/monthly performance reports
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm product and campaign ideas

• 1–2 years of experience in email and/or retention marketing 
• Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency with email and WhatsApp marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, WATI, or similar ESPs)
• Solid understanding of email and WhatsApp best practices
• Experience in e-commerce retention marketing
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to optimise performance
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and copy
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• A passion for learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement
