Key Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Roadmap
• Own and shape the product roadmap to drive business growth.
• Identify market opportunities using customer insights and competitive trends.
• Turn strategy into actionable, high-impact product features and enhancements.
- Team Leadership & People Management
• Lead, mentor, and empower Product Executive(s).
• Guide the team with clear direction, support their development, and ensure strong execution.
• Build a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.
- Product Development & Delivery
• Partner with Design, Supply Chain, Production, and internal product teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables with precision.
• Oversee product specs, testing, and quality validation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with marketing, sales, operations, and customer support to create impactful product experiences.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
• Support marketing and sales teams on go-to-market strategies and successful launches.
- Customer & Market Insights
• Gather and analyse customer feedback and market trends.
• Prioritize product improvements based on impact and feasibility.
• Continuously track product performance and recommend enhancements.
- Product Launch & Lifecycle Management
• Lead end-to-end product launches, from planning to post-launch analysis.
• Manage product lifecycles to optimize performance and ROI.
• Ensure products remain relevant and competitive throughout their lifespan.
- Sourcing & Vendor Management
• Build and manage relationships with external vendors and brand partners.
• Evaluate and select reliable suppliers that meet our quality and cost requirements.
- Innovation & Industry Awareness
• Stay updated on industry movements, new materials, and emerging concepts.
• Bring fresh ideas to improve existing products and inspire new creations.
