About the Role:
We are seeking a highly capable and forward-thinking Senior Operation Executive to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and operational functions. This role is a critical link between logistics, production, strategic planning, and third-party coordination to ensure smooth, efficient, and scalable operations.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and action-oriented—capable of managing day-to-day logistics while driving long-term strategic improvements. You will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and enhancing supply chain processes, from procurement and production preparation to last-mile delivery and operational reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
<h3>Operational Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan and oversee daily production schedules, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and Floral Artisans are fully supported.</li>
<li>Supervise and lead the operations team, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and development.</li>
<li>Ensure workplace cleanliness, safety, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Logistics &amp; Fulfilment</h3>
<ul>
<li>Coordinate and monitor the supply chain and delivery operations to ensure timely distribution of goods.</li>
<li>Act as a key liaison between the operations team and third-party delivery partners to ensure smooth routing and delivery efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage order tracking, card/photo printing, and delivery routing to support high-quality customer experiences.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Strategic Supply Chain Planning &amp; Inventory Management</h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop mid-to-long-term supply chain strategies to support business growth, cost efficiency, and operational agility.</li>
<li>Analyze trends, forecast demand, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across the supply chain.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, sales, logistics, and production teams to align planning and execution efforts.</li>
<li>Oversee inventory planning and stock optimization to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.</li>
<li>Manage warehouse operations, ensuring proper storage, stock accuracy, space utilization, and adherence to safety protocols.</li>
<li>Implement and monitor inventory control procedures, including cycle counts and stock audits.</li>
<li>Support new product launches and seasonal campaigns through proactive capacity, warehouse space, and inventory planning.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Reporting &amp; Continuous Improvement</h3>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and analyze production and delivery reports, including capacity planning, job completion, and delay tracking.</li>
<li>Monitor KPIs and create dashboards to provide operational visibility and guide data-driven decisions.</li>
<li>Lead initiatives to streamline processes, adopt technology, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain and operations. &nbsp;</li>
