Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Supply Chain Executive to oversee sourcing, purchasing activities and ensure that purchased items are both cost-efficient and of high quality. The responsibilities of this role include maintaining positive supplier relations, evaluating supply options and maintaining accurate records. 
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement, Sourcing and Planning&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Ensure adherence to company procurement SOP, policies, and procedures.</li>
<li>Manage daily operational purchasing, including planning and issuing purchase orders.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Finance for payments, credit notes, and invoice discrepancy resolution.</li>
<li>Coordinate extensively with the Product, Operations, Logistics, Inventory, and Finance teams for seamless business operations.</li>
<li>Conduct negotiations with suppliers for pricing, samples, and terms to secure the best deals.</li>
<li>Source new suppliers and analyze pricing proposals for competitiveness.</li>
<li>Cultivate and maintain positive supplier relationships, fostering business partnerships.</li>
<li>Prepare comprehensive purchasing reports and update price lists.</li>
<li>Document and track all ordered/received goods, maintaining accurate inventory records.</li>
<li>Update, control, and verify documentation for project/campaign compliance.</li>
<li>Assist in product costing, pricing, and maintaining internal Product Specifications.</li>
<li>Handle ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors.</li>
<li>Develop and implement safety guidelines for supply chain processes</li>
<li>Analyze Supply Chain operational performance data and find areas for improvement</li>
</ul>
