Job Description

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and layout plans based on design concepts
• Produce floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed joinery drawings and develop construction drawings for contractors and fabricators
• Ensure drawings meet project specifications and standards 
• Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers
• Coordinate drawings with site conditions and technical requirements
• Assist in preparing documentation for tender and construction purposes
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required
• Verify dimensions and existing site conditions before producing drawings
• Update drawings based on site changes or contractor feedback
• Ensure all project drawings are properly documented and submitted on time
• Maintain organized drawing files and revision records
• Jointly responsible with the Project Management Team for the preparation and monitoring of the Internal Work Program
• Responsible in performing hands-on interior design task, design coordination with the project team

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design drafting or other related certificate
• Minimum 4 years’ experience of drafting experience in interior design (hospitality, F&B, residential, or commercial projects)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Knowledgeable in Sketchup and other Microsoft application
• Knowledge of interior detailing, materials, and construction methods
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Minimum 4 years’ experience of drafting experience in interior design (hospitality, F&B, residential, or commercial projects)
• A self-starter, detail conscious, thorough and able to work independently
