Job Description

• Develop creative interior design concepts based on client requirements, brand identity, and project objectives
• Prepare concept presentations, including mood boards, color palettes, material boards, and visual references
• Produce concept layouts and space planning ideas to illustrate design direction
• Create concept sketches, 3D visuals, or design illustrations to communicate ideas clearly.
• Research design trends, materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes to support concept development
• Present and explain design concepts to clients, management, and project teams
• Collaborate with interior designers, 3D visualizers, and architects to ensure the concept is translated accurately into detailed designs
• Revise and refine concepts based on client feedback and project requirements
• Ensure design concepts align with budget, brand guidelines, and project vision
• To generate project drawings when required
• Jointly responsible with the Project Management Team for the preparation and monitoring of the Internal Work Program
• Responsible in performing hands-on interior design task, design coordination with the project team 

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design or other related discipline
• Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in interior design or concept design (hospitality, F&B, residential, or commercial projects)
• Knowledgeable in Enscape, Sketchup, Photoshop, AutoCAD, Power Point and other Microsoft application
• Strong creative thinking and conceptual development skills 
• Ability to translate ideas into visual presentations and design narratives
• Good understanding of color, materials, finishes, and furniture selection. 
• Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet tight schedules
• A self-starter, detail conscious, thorough and able to work independently
