Responsibility

Job Requirements

  

  • Secondary graduated/ High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
  • Can speak in English, Malay & Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in common office software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Possess a positive attitude and willing to learn.
  • Previous experience in administrative support is preferred. 
  • Knowledge of office equipment and basic troubleshooting.
